This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Ayrshire’s most well-established and highly regarded private practices. With deep local roots and a longstanding reputation for delivering an excellent client experience, the firm continues to go from strength to strength.
Due to a consistent flow of high-quality work, they are now looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to their friendly and supportive team. You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, typically handling around 50 files per month.
The role would suit someone who is confident working independently, enjoys building strong and lasting relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering a first-class service. While there are no strict fee earning targets, a commercial and proactive approach would be welcomed.
You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and excellent Paralegal support, allowing you to focus on providing the best possible service to your clients. There is genuine long-term career potential here, with many members of the team having progressed and developed their careers within the firm. Ongoing professional development and support are very much encouraged.
In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, discretionary performance bonus, private healthcare, enhanced pension contributions and generous annual leave entitlement. The role is primarily office based, although there may be some flexibility for remote working from time to time.
