Financial Crime Advisor Leeds Hybrid working We're currently working with a leading global law firm looking for a Financial Crime Advisor to join their Compliance function in Leeds This is a varied advisory role supporting colleagues across the UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, while also collaborating closely with the firm’s US business. The role? Sanctions Anti-bribery and corruption Fraud prevention Anti-money laundering Prevention of tax evasion Market abuse You’ll act as an escalation point for complex queries, monitor regulatory developments, draft policies and guidance, support risk assessments and contribute to international projects and regulatory change programmes. About You? Experience in a financial crime, risk or compliance role within a law firm, financial institution or professional services environment Knowledge of at least one financial crime discipline Strong research, analytical and policy-drafting skills The ability to provide clear, practical and commercially minded advice Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels A curious and adaptable approach, with an interest in developing your expertise across financial crime A law degree or ICA qualification would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
