The Role:
You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations. Your work will involve:
- Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters
- Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
- Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
- Supporting business development and client relationship management
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3 years PQE with experience in commercial litigation)
- Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
