Overview
I’m looking to speak with experienced agricultural solicitors interested in joining a leading Legal 200 firm, handling a diverse portfolio of country property, agricultural, and commercial transactions. This is a new position due to ongoing growth of the team, operating across Bristol and Somerset, joining a wider national team of around 100 fee-earners.
The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of rural property matters, including high-value residential properties, listed buildings, unregistered land, working farms, estates, and renewable energy projects. Your work will cover buying, selling, and mortgaging agricultural land, advising on tenancies, rights of way, support payments, and environmental issues. You will also collaborate with planning, estate planning, and litigation teams to provide a holistic service to clients, including landed estates, farming families, private individuals, banks, and investors. This gives you the opportunity to develop strong client relationships while meeting their high expectations.
