The predicted salary is between 40000 - 80000 £ per year.

Opportunity to join this Legal 500 listed based practice and form part of one of the strongest agricultural law teams in the North West. You will need to have a minimum of 4 Year PQE+ as you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and have the autonomy of your own caseload and clients.

You will be required to deal with a mix of agricultural law and property matters. The agricultural work will consist of:

  • Agricultural land sales
  • Farm sales (in excess of £2,000,000+)
  • Tenancy agreements
  • Diversification projects
  • Landed estates
  • Succession planning
  • Rights of way and boundary disputes
  • Renewable energy schemes

There will be a mixed client base in place, which will include a high proportion of local farmers and agricultural businesses, as well as dealing with NFU Panel work on a national basis. You will be provided with an existing caseload to deal with; however, you will also be expected to assist with business development once settled and continue with the growth of their existing client network.

Salary will be based on PQE level; however, Associate / Senior Associates / Legal Directors can earn between £50,000 - £100,000 at this practice. Other benefits include work/life balance, pension, very generous holiday allowance, ability to work from home, bonus and more.
