Experienced Residential Conveyancer
Established Thames Valley Firm with great flexibility. I'm working with a well-established, highly regarded, family-owned law firm in the Thames Valley that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Maidenhead. Known for its expertise, strong client service and genuinely people-focused approach, the firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment where quality of work matters. With continued growth driven by its reputation, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice that puts real emphasis on its people, client relationships and long-term development.
The Role
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling sales and purchases for a varied client base across both freehold and leasehold matters.
Importantly, you'll have the support needed to focus on the legal work and client relationships, with your own dedicated, highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant, alongside shared teams covering client onboarding, post-exchange and post-completion. The firm also utilises a customised Visual Files case management system to automate many of the routine processes, helping to make day-to-day caseload management more efficient.
The Candidate
- At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, ideally 5 years or more.
- Confident managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- A strong commitment to client care, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver an excellent standard of service.
- A professional, positive approach and values that align with a friendly, collaborative team.
- Experience with case management systems would be advantageous.
What's on Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package, dependent on experience.
- 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 30 days after five years' service.
- Your birthday off every year.
- Flexible working arrangements, with office-based, hybrid and home-working options available.
- Flexible working hours, with reasonable flexibility around core hours.
- Investment in personal development, including in-house training and sponsorship towards formal qualifications and certifications.
- A supportive team environment, with dedicated administrative support and established processes to help manage your caseload effectively.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting time to join a growing residential property practice with an established reputation for expertise and service. For an experienced conveyancer who enjoys running their own caseload but values having the right support around them, this opportunity offers a combination of autonomy, flexibility and a genuinely people-oriented culture.
