Senior Employment Lawyer Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer looking for a fully remote opportunity offering a varied workload, close client contact and greater flexibility?

I\'m working with a growing legal team looking to recruit a Senior Employment Lawyer to handle a high volume of Employment Tribunal matters for a small number of major clients.

The Role

You\'ll work closely with clients, acting as an extension of their in-house legal teams and taking ownership of contentious employment matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

The work will focus on Employment Tribunal claims, giving you the opportunity to manage a busy caseload, provide practical legal advice and build strong relationships with clients.

You\'ll be responsible for:

• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Advising on contentious employment matters and litigation strategy.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other tribunal documentation.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide commercially focused advice.
• Managing a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Keeping clients informed throughout the process and helping them navigate employment disputes.

You\'ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and develop close working relationships with a small number of major clients, with the support of an experienced employment law team.

About You

You\'ll be an experienced Employment Lawyer with a strong background in contentious employment matters and Employment Tribunal litigation.

You\'ll ideally have:

• Experience managing Employment Tribunal claims independently.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures.
• The ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritise competing deadlines.
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to advising clients.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
