I am currently working with a well established firm looking to expand their Residential Property team and bring in 2 new solicitors to their department based in Bromley.

My client is looking for someone to come in and handle a full caseload of residential property matters including:

  • first time buyers
  • staircasing
  • shared ownership
  • remortgages
  • transfers of equity
  • new build purchases
  • auction sales
