A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm as part of a genuine Head of Department succession plan.

This role offers the chance to step into a senior position within a successful Private Client team, with a clear pathway to eventually lead the department. You'll handle a quality caseload while playing an increasingly important role in the team's future growth and direction.

The Role:

• Manage a small team and a varied caseload of: Wills, Probate & Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection matters (where appropriate)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development activities
• Mentor junior team members
• Contribute to the future development of the department

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• 3+ years PQE in Private Client matters
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
• Ambitious and interested in future leadership opportunities
• Excellent client care and communication skills
