The work spans both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, giving you the chance to broaden your technical knowledge, work with a varied client base and learn from experienced Employment specialists.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters as your experience develops, with support around you to help you build confidence, strengthen your judgement and become a more rounded employment practitioner.
