Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate | Hull | 3+ PQE

I'm working with a QED Legal client in Hull looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Senior Associate with at least 3 years' PQE.

The work spans a broad range of commercially significant disputes for businesses, national organisations, public sector bodies and high-net-worth individuals. This is a role for someone who wants more than a steady stream of cases — there's scope to develop technically, build client relationships and play an active part in the team's growth.

The caseload includes:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence and commercial fraud
• Injunctions and other urgent applications
• Debt recovery and wider contentious matters

You'll manage your own matters, advise clients on strategy and settlement, and work alongside experienced colleagues on more complex disputes. You'll need strong litigation skills, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to give clients clear, practical advice.

There's also a genuine opportunity to develop the solicitor you want to become. Alongside fee-earning, you'll have scope to get involved in business development, strengthen existing client relationships, build your own network and contribute ideas to the team's direction. With visibility to the firm's leadership, your contribution can extend beyond the cases on your desk — giving you the opportunity to raise your profile and help shape the practice as it grows.

The firm is open to solicitors at different stages beyond 3+ PQE, including those ready to take a more active role in developing their practice and supporting colleagues.
