Role Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- The role involves running files independently, liaising with clients and third parties, and progressing matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client care.
Ideal Candidate
- You will have around two or more years’ experience in residential conveyancing and be confident handling files with minimal supervision.
