The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our growing team handling a wide range of residential property transactions. In this role, you will focus on legal progression, supported by dedicated administrative staff who assist with client onboarding, routine tasks, and post-completion work.
You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and related matters, providing accurate legal guidance to clients and third parties while ensuring compliance with Land Registry processes, AML obligations, lender requirements, and SDLT rules.
Familiarity with digital conveyancing tools or case management systems is an advantage. The ideal candidate is a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least two years’ residential conveyancing experience, able to manage a busy caseload independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong communication and client care skills.
