An established, values-driven law firm in the West Midlands is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least three years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property law. In this position, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and re-mortgages. You will also potentially support corporate and commercial colleagues in the acquisition and disposal of businesses operating from commercial premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and re-mortgages
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents and preparing transaction reports
- Using case management systems efficiently and maintaining high professional standards
- Collaborating with colleagues and liaising with clients to provide clear, practical advice
Key Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and proven conveyancing experience
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
