- You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while benefiting from strong administrative support and an established client base.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- First-time buyer transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build purchases
- Residential property transactions involving chains
- General residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
