The Role
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our Court of Protection (Health & Welfare) team, providing essential administrative support, primarily within the Mental Health area. This is a key role supporting solicitors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. The position is based in Wakefield, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated administrative support to solicitors on Court of Protection and Mental Health matters
- Assisting with legal research and drafting documents
- Liaising with clients and keeping them informed on case progress
- Managing files, documents, and case information
