The role
- Lead, manage and develop an expanding residential conveyancing team.
- Handle a varied caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new-build).
- Re-mortgage files.
- Equity release.
- Transfers of equity.
You
- Experienced residential conveyancer with a strong background in managing a mixed caseload.
- Confident in supervising or leading a team, with the ability to support others and delegate effectively.
- Strong communicator with excellent client-care skills and the ability to maintain trusted relationships.
- Capable of working independently with good organisation, compliance awareness and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using case management systems and modern conveyancing technology.
- Interested in developing further professionally – support is available whether you pursue CLC, SQE or other routes.
