Working as part of a busy residential property team, you’ll provide day‑to‑day support to fee earners across all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds. You’ll assist with preparing documents, liaising with clients and third parties, updating case management systems, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.
This role would suit someone with experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Secretary within a property team, who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, client‑focused team.
