My client, a long-established regional law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its busy Commercial & Agricultural Property team. The firm offers high-quality commercial and private client services and operates across multiple offices in the North East.
This is a permanent, full-time position within a well-regarded and growing property team that works collaboratively across all office locations. The role offers the opportunity to handle a broad and interesting caseload, working with both business and individual clients.
The successful candidate will have at least five years’ post-qualification experience and excellent knowledge of all aspects of commercial property. Experience in agricultural property is desirable but not essential. You will be expected to manage your own caseload, delegate work effectively, and supervise junior members of the team where appropriate.
You will be highly motivated, commercially aware, and confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong IT skills and a proactive approach to networking and business development are essential, with a focus on developing long-term client connections.
You will be an experienced commercial property solicitor with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team environment. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in developing both your practice and the firm’s client base.
