I’m currently working on an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate to join a leading Commercial Real Estate team within a highly regarded national law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2–5 PQE real estate lawyer to join a collaborative cross-office team with a focus on development, corporate occupier work and non-health public sector projects.
The wider real estate group is one of the largest in the UK, offering exposure to a diverse and high-quality client base including developers, corporates, funds, government departments, universities and public sector bodies.
The role will involve:
- Working on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
- Supporting senior lawyers on large-scale and high-value development projects
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals
- Advising corporate occupiers and public sector clients
- Leading on transactions (with supervision and support)
- Acting as a key client contact on day-to-day matters
- Ensuring compliance with client protocols and internal processes
- Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues across planning, construction, procurement and corporate teams
The ideal candidate will:
- Be 2–5 years PQE
- Have strong commercial real estate experience from a national or regional firm
- Have experience across acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
- Be commercially minded and solutions-focused
- Be confident managing matters with increasing autonomy
- Have strong communication and client relationship skills
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
