An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Process Analyst to join a growing Business Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analysing complex processes, shaping high‐performing software solutions, and delivering impactful operational improvements.
The Role
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in reviewing and optimising operational processes to maximise efficiency and revenue. Acting as the link between stakeholders, development teams, and testing, you will ensure business requirements are clearly defined, scoped, and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Produce and present reports outlining findings and recommended changes
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders
- Gather and capture requirements, including writing user stories
- Develop and implement new or improved processes aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate with testing teams to create comprehensive end‐to‐end test scripts
- Support successful implementation of approved changes
- Work alongside Training and L&D teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
About You
You are a confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. You bring strong analytical thinking and a proven track record of delivering change.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Change role
- Demonstrated experience delivering end‐to‐end change initiatives
- Business process mapping and customer journey mapping
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Writing clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Project management capability
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience)
Desirable:
- Exposure to Salesforce and supporting data infrastructure
- Experience delivering change within the legal sector
- Business Analyst certifications
