Senior Family Solicitor/FCILEx| 7+ PQE | BOU/SOU| Route to Partnership | High-Quality Work
I\’m keen to speak with a senior family lawyer interested in a new challenge, joining ahighly ranked, well-established and reputable family law team, as part of a wider growth plan.
All the current fee earners are members of Resolution and regularly work across the full range of private family work including divorce, financial remedy, nuptial agreements and children matters, with a particular emphasis on non-court dispute resolution methods.
This role will offer exposure to an existing pipeline of strong-quality work from day one. The team receives regular internal referrals from other practice areas (private client, residential property, corporate and employment), and benefits from long-standing relationships across the region.
Ideally, you\’ll have at least 7 years’ PQE in family law, with solid experience handling complex financial matters and children work. If you have an existing network or a following in the wider Dorset/Hampshire area, that will be welcomed; but just as important is your ability to deliver excellent client care, and act as a role model to more junior colleagues. This role suits someone commercially aware, well organised, and ready to take a proactive role in helping the family team grow further.
The wider family department is well-resourced and supported by a strong infrastructure of admin, finance, BD and compliance teams; allowing you to focus on high-level client work and strategic input. The culture is friendly, open and ambitious, and the partnership structure is clear, transparent, and achievable for those looking to take that step.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with hybrid working available and flexibility around working patterns. The firm has a long-standing reputation across the South, with a turnover exceeding £25 million and a healthy, growing private client and family law offering contributing significantly.
If you’re ready to step into a senior role that offers high-quality work, autonomy, progression and real long-term potential, this could be the right move.
