We’re working in partnership with a highly respected, multi-branch full-service law firm headquartered in North West London. Known for its exceptional client care and long-standing reputation on the high street, the firm provides a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses.
Their residential conveyancing department is a cornerstone of the practice—well-structured, busy, and widely trusted. The team handles all aspects of residential property work including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New-build transactions
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Lease extensions and related residential matters
The firm is accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and maintains a strong emphasis on best practice, compliance, and client satisfaction.
The role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to take on a varied, value-based caseload from instruction through to completion, within a dynamic and supportive environment.
You’ll work with a broad client base: first-time buyers, investors, downsizers, and developers—providing clear, practical advice and exceptional service. You’ll also play a senior role within the team, supporting more junior fee-earners and contributing to the department’s continued growth and success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end.
- Advising clients on all aspects of sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with CQS and other regulatory standards.
- Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive and transparent communication.
- Assisting in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
About you
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience handling a full conveyancing caseload independently.
- Proven ability to manage files from instruction to completion.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency and quality of service.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to adapt to a busy, multi-branch practice environment.
- Interest in flexible or hybrid working (the firm is open to discussion on this).
