- Significant experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions.

- New build experience would be advantageous but is not required.
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner considered.
