Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor who wants to work with a private practice that puts its clients at the front of all they do? I am working with a well established firm who have an immediate opportunity within the Court Team for someone who has a real passion for family law and who has experience of appearing at Sheriff Court in respect of cohabitation claims, divorce, residence, contact, children’s referrals (social work), adoption/permanence and all other family and children cases.
You’ll have a minimum of 1 years' family law experience and be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion. This role is open to full and part time candidates and you can have some hybrid working.
