The role:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, and adverse possession claims.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and ensure smooth progression of matters.
  • Work to high standards in line with CQS and Law Society compliance requirements.
  • Support departmental initiatives including marketing and local networking.
  • Contribute to business development activities and the continued success of the Ashby office.
  • Use the firm’s case management system diligently and effectively.

You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
  • Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional client service skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a close‑knit, supportive team.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality results.
