A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a high-performing Property Law Department specialising in premium, investor-led and High Net Worth (HNW) property work. This is an excellent chance to join a friendly, market-leading conveyancing team that values quality, collaboration and progression.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Leasehold and new-build transactions

You’ll deliver a client-focused, efficient service, ensuring compliance and maintaining excellent relationships with high-value clients and investors.

About You

  • Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and the full conveyancing process.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
