A modern and forward-thinking practice is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. This is a newly rebranded company with a well-established reputation. They are looking for a strong residential property lawyer to work in a traditional environment within a welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
- Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently, taking cases from instruction through to completion.
- Participating in management as a senior fee earner during this key growth stage of the firm.
Must be an experienced conveyancer; qualification as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.
