About the Role

As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:

  • Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
  • Equity release and leasehold enfranchisement
  • Lease extensions, boundary issues, easements, and tenancy matters
  • Provide clear, proactive legal advice to a wide range of clients, including homeowners, landlords, tenants, landowners, and developers
  • Manage files from instruction through to post-completion, with the support of an experienced and friendly team
  • Deliver high-quality, efficient service in line with the firm’s ethos of professionalism, integrity, and client care
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and assist in mentoring junior staff as needed
