Responsibilities
- Join a busy property department made up of 3 Partners (including the Head of Property), 2 Solicitors, an Associate Conveyancer, a Trainee Solicitor, and a Paralegal.
- Work on a genuinely varied workload including residential sales and purchases, leasehold matters, tenancies, commercial property, and agricultural work.
- Manage files from start to finish: drafting and issuing contracts, handling enquiries, progressing matters through to completion, and Land Registry submissions.
Qualifications
- Ideally, at least 12 months’ experience in conveyancing or property.
- Confident working with minimal supervision.
