This role sits within the property litigation team at a top 50 UK law firm – part of a wider disputes group that brings in over £25 million a year, with property litigation accounting for more than £6 million of that.

Bristol based, joining a structured and growing team led by two well-known names in the industry; a Band 1 Chambers-ranked Partner, the other a Legal 500-recognised “key lawyer.” The team has a great mix of experience levels, which means you’ll get the mentoring and guidance you need, but also the chance to make your mark early on.

You’ll handle your own caseload of commercial landlord and tenant disputes (with the odd residential matter thrown in), and work alongside colleagues on larger, complex cases. Clients range from household names in retail and financial services to major landlords, developers, and public sector organisations. There’s plenty of client contact, lots of variety, and a real chance to get involved in business development.

Ideally you will be NQ – 3PQE with solid grounding in property litigation.
