Property Litigation Solicitor | 3days WFH(Bristol) | Strong Pipeline | Non-corporate environment

If you’re a Litigation Solicitor or Associate with experience in property disputes and a strong grounding in the CPR, this role offers variety, autonomy, and real scope for progression within a supportive in-house environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad mix of property litigation work, including damage, trespass, nuisance, and injunctive relief.
  • Manage your own caseload, supported by a collaborative team who encourage independence while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
  • Resolve disputes through the courts and via ADR, including mediation.
  • Possibility to supervise junior colleagues where appropriate.
  • This is a permanent, hybrid role in central Bristol with in-office presence at least two days a week; flexible arrangements are available. Part-time (four days or equivalent hours) may also be considered.

Qualifications

  • Detailed understanding of the CPR and experience managing litigation from inception through to trial.
  • Strong ability in mediation and ADR is essential.
  • Property litigation experience is advantageous, though training can be provided.
  • Written and verbal communication skills; resilient when handling contentious matters; focused on delivering excellent client care.
  • Supervisory experience would be helpful but is not essential.
