As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes, cohabitation matters and pre nuptial agreements. This Family Solicitor role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced specialists while maintaining responsibility for your own clients and contributing to the continued growth of the department. The position offers hybrid working with time split between two London offices.
The successful Family Solicitor will have:
- At least 3 years' PQE as a Family Solicitor or Family Lawyer
- Strong experience handling divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
- Experience advising on cohabitation disputes and pre nuptial agreements
- Resolution accreditation as a minimum, with Advanced Resolution or Law Society accreditations viewed favourably
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively within a successful team
- Business development skills or an interest in helping to grow an already thriving practice
