Private Family Solicitor – 3+ PQE – North London, Leading Legal 500

An established and well-regarded boutique law firm in North London is seeking a talented Private Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3years\' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven solicitor who is passionate about family law and is looking to join a supportive, close-knit team that values client care and work-life balance.
The Firm Our client is a respected and long-standing law practice with deep roots in the local community. They have a strong reputation for providing pragmatic, client-focused advice in private family law matters, with a steady flow of high-quality instructions and loyal client relationships built over decades.
The Role You will manage a caseload of privately funded family matters, including (but not limited to):
  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedies (including high-net-worth cases)
  • Private children proceedings
  • Cohabitation agreements and disputes
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
You will have support from experienced paralegals and secretarial staff, with the autonomy to manage your files while being part of a collaborative and knowledgeable team.
About You
  • A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in private family law (more experienced candidates are very welcome to apply)
  • Confident in managing your own caseload from start to finish
  • Strong client care skills and a personable, empathetic approach
  • Desire to develop long-term relationships with clients and referrers
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of the department
