Private Client Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate

We are working with a highly respected UK Top 150 law firm to recruit an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team, based in their Alconbury office. This opportunity is open at both Associate and Senior Associate level, offering flexibility to accommodate varied levels of experience and ambition.

With multiple offices strategically positioned across the Midlands and East Anglia, this firm is known for its strong internal culture, collaborative ethos, and delivery of commercially sound advice to a national client base, while maintaining close, long-term relationships with clients.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team on a variety of complex estate administration and succession planning matters. Responsibilities will include:

• Working on high-value and complex Private Client cases
• Managing your own caseload and delivering clear, high-quality legal advice
• Drafting contracts and legal documentation
• Conducting due diligence including title checks, preparing reports, and ordering searches
• Handling exchange of contracts and advising clients through the process

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

• 2+ PQE and a solid background in private client work (more senior candidates are also welcome to apply)
• A qualifying law degree and LPC, plus a completed training contract — or equivalent qualification via GDL and CILEX
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
