A highly-respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their Wills and Estate Planning team based in Huntingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client solicitor looking to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
You will be working as part of a busy and dynamic team, handling a varied and often complex caseload that includes:
- Estate administration
- Wills and succession planning
- Powers of attorney
- Trusts and trustee duties
- Legal matters relating to elderly clients

Key Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- 3+ PQE
- Strong experience in Wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Excellent drafting skills, particularly in complex Will structures
- A good understanding of estate and succession planning
- Familiarity with trustee powers and duties, including trust establishment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team
- A proactive and professional approach
- Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
