The role
- Managing your own caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate matters
- Supporting clients through the administration of estates with empathy and professionalism
- Preparing probate documentation and associated correspondence using specialist case‑management software
- Working closely with an established Private Client team while building your own confidence and capability
- Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties throughout matters
- Maintaining organised files and ensuring high standards of client care
- Contributing positively to a growing department where your input will genuinely matter
- Taking ownership of your development while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in Private Client work
You
- Previous experience within Probate or Private Client is ideal
- Candidates without direct experience will be considered if you hold a law degree, CILEx (or equivalent), or are studying towards LPC or SQE
- A genuine interest in Wills and Probate, with clear motivation to build a career in this area
- Confident communication skills and a professional, compassionate manner
- Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple matters
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
