QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a well-established and top tier law firm in Chelmsford, Essex. The role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers really good structure for progression and development in a successful team on hand.
The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration with a supervisory element to the position.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have +2 years post-qualifying in relevant area of practice
- Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
- A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards.
