An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Personal Wealth and Estate Planning team. QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly regarded full-service law firm with multiple offices across the region. Our client is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor with approximately 5–8 years’ PQE to join its expanding team in a vibrant city‑centre location. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload with Partner oversight and will be expected to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Advising on and preparing tailored Wills and succession planning arrangements
  • Delivering strategic capital tax and estate planning advice for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, agricultural clients, and entrepreneurs
  • Handling complex estate administrations, including matters involving trusts and coordination with external advisers
  • Managing intestate estate matters
  • Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on and establishing lifetime Trusts, as well as ongoing trust administration
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and networking within the local professional community
