A longstanding Law Firm, due to a significant increase in business, and generally in line with their current growth strategies, are seeking a Qualified Conveyancer to join their Plymouth office, into which they have recently moved.
An overview of the position includes:
- Sales and purchases inclusive of freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered properties
- Dealing with the entire conveyancing cycle from inception to completion
- Genuine and abundant opportunities for upward mobility within the firm
- Varied client base, ranging from residential purchasers to investors and developers
- Allocated secretarial support
- Minimum 2 year PQE
- £38,000 - £55,000, dependent upon experience
You will be joining at a full-service firm, boasting a stable, varied, and longstanding client base, built and sustained over many years. There will be numerous internal promotion opportunities at a firm which are approved also on various conveyancer panels, ensuring a steady stream of property business for themselves and their practitioners alike.
They will consider for the position a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer; what is important to them is the acquisition of a Residential Property expert with great initiative and organisation, able also to operate under minimal supervision, in a work environment as flexible and rewarding as it is demanding.
