Residential Conveyancer - Peterborough - £42,000-52,000

A growing and well-established law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join its team in Peterborough.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident managing their own caseload and wants to join a supportive team with plenty of variety in the work.

You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New Build and Shared Ownership transactions
• Lease extensions
• Matters involving trusts, attorneys and personal representatives
• Technical title issues and rectification

You’ll manage matters from instruction through to post-completion, working closely with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties to keep transactions progressing smoothly and efficiently.

The firm is open to experienced Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives or equivalent professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of residential conveyancing, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining a high level of client service.

There will also be opportunities to develop professional relationships and contribute to business development, with some travel and occasional out-of-hours work required for meetings, training and events.
