A well-established Yorkshire firm with deep roots in the local area arelooking for an experienced technical Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Bradford on aPART TIMEbasis. The firm do not have a preference on how the hours need to be split across the week, this is up to the individual.
You will need to have a minimum of5 yearsexperience in residential conveyancing but equally, have experience with mentoring/supervision. The caseload here is not high-pressure, and there will be no expectation to work outside of your agreed part time hours however the split will be and you will also have an assistant to help you.
At present, there is 17 people in the team (Head of Department, 6 conveyancers, others are assistants) and the expectation is to run your own caseload of technical/complex conveyancing matters but be able to mentor others at the same time.
The firm really believe in work life balance, and many of the conveyancers have been there for many years as they feel valued for the work they do there.
From a salary perspective, the full time equivalent is approximately £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and the pro rata figure is approximately £38,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
