The Role

  • Join a respected and well-established Employment team handling a broad range of quality work.
  • Advise both employers and employees across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Manage tribunal matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
  • Provide strategic HR and employment law advice to a varied commercial client base.
  • Work on settlement agreements, disciplinaries, grievances, discrimination claims, restructures and TUPE matters.
  • Build long‑term client relationships while developing your own professional profile within the region.
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

You

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor or soon‑to‑qualify trainee with Employment Law experience during training.
  • Comfortable managing matters with appropriate supervision and support.
