A highly regarded North East law firm is searching for a Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer who combines technical expertise with exceptional client service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Conveyancing department and play a key role in maintaining the high standards for which the team is known. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, covering the full spectrum of residential property transactions. They will act as a trusted adviser, delivering clear communication, sound judgment, and a smooth client journey from instruction through to completion. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and supports colleagues while maintaining a detail-focused and client-centred approach.
Required Experience, Skills & Attributes
- Comprehensive knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- A strong record of successfully managing transactions from instruction to completion
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with conveyancing software and digital case management systems
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, collaborative working style
- A genuine commitment to exceptional client care and long-term relationship-building
