I'm currently working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced

Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established and Legal 500 recognised Claimant Personal Injury team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys handling complex, high-value litigation and wants to work alongside some of the most experienced serious injury specialists in the market.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of complex claimant serious injury matters while working collaboratively with colleagues on some of the firm's most significant multi-million-pound claims.

The work includes

  • Managing a varied caseload of serious injury claims from instruction through to settlement.
  • Advising clients who have suffered life-changing injuries, ensuring exceptional levels of client care throughout their claim.
  • Handling high-value and complex matters, including catastrophic and brain injury cases.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss and other legal documentation.
  • Working closely with Counsel, medical experts, rehabilitation providers and other professionals.
  • Developing litigation strategies and progressing claims to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice procedures.

About You

  • I'm keen to speak with Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have:
  • Ideally

4+ years' PQE with experience in serious injury or other complex, high-value claimant personal injury litigation.

  • Experience managing their own caseload of multi-track claims.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and case management abilities.
  • A compassionate, proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
