A leading regional firm is seeking a Senior Associate in Property Litigation to join their growing disputes team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on more complex property litigation matters: lease renewals, dilapidations, landlord & tenant strategic disputes, service charge recovery, and major commercial property litigation.
- Oversee junior fee-earners, develop clients and contribute to the strategic growth of the property litigation team.

Ideal Candidate:
- Senior Associate level (5β8+ PQE) with solid property litigation experience.
