An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior New Build Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing Residential Property team. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload of new build conveyancing matters within a modern, supportive, and highly regarded law firm. The firm has built strong relationships with developers, introducers, and repeat clients, resulting in a consistent pipeline of new build residential property work. This position is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Residential Property Solicitor seeking a senior-level role with genuine progression opportunities and a strong work-life balance.
As a Senior New Build Conveyancer, you will independently manage a busy caseload of new build sales and purchases from instruction through to post-completion, including Help to Buy, shared ownership, leasehold matters, developer deadlines, and plot sales. You will also play a key role in supporting junior team members and maintaining excellent client service standards.
The Role- Managing a full caseload of new build residential conveyancing files
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on Help to Buy, shared ownership, and developer incentives
- Reviewing contracts, title documentation, and planning agreements
- Liaising with developers, lenders, agents, and clients
- Meeting exchange and completion deadlines within fast-paced transactions
- Supporting and mentoring junior conveyancing staff where appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
- Proven experience handling new build conveyancing matters independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner considered
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property and conveyancing processes
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads efficiently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
