A Top 100 & Legal 500 listed commercial law firm is looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to join their property litigation team in Manchester. This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally 3‑5 PQE) to be part of one of the region’s leading commercial firms with a national presence.
Responsibilities
- Deal with a broad mix of landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and property damage claims.
- Handle complex property litigation transactions with a national client base.
- Collaborate with a close‑knit team of associates, senior associates, and partners across the UK.
Qualifications
- Ideally 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
- Strong understanding of landlord & tenant law and complex dispute resolution.
