As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of digital marketing delivery, ensuring a consistent and high‑performing presence across email, social media, content, and web channels. You’ll play a key role in improving automation, developing insight‑led evergreen content strategies, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives. Working closely with marketing, communications, and business development teams, you will also manage and support a Social Media Executive to ensure objectives and performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day digital marketing activity across multiple channels
- Build and optimise email templates and automated campaigns
- Improve preference‑led automated newsletter journeys
- Collaborate with content and web teams to develop SEO‑informed evergreen content
- Support delivery of wider marketing and business development priorities
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using GA4 and other reporting tools
- Ensure all digital activity complies with GDPR and accessibility standards
- Contribute to engaging multimedia content creation including video and audio
- Drive consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Line manage and support the Social Media Executive

- Proven experience managing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and Google Search Console
