Conveyancing Fee Earner - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Mostly Remote | Manchester | £45,000
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner on a 6-month fixed-term contract to join its friendly and supportive property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Fee Earner or experienced Conveyancing Assistant seeking a manageable caseload, genuine work-life balance and the flexibility of mostly remote working, while still having the opportunity to work from the firm's Manchester office when required.
The role is being recruited as a replacement and offers a particularly manageable and structured caseload. With no billing targets and no unnecessary pressure, this is an ideal position for someone looking for a more sustainable approach to residential conveyancing.

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Providing a high standard of client care and conveyancing support.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring matters progress in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Mostly Remote Working - Manchester Office

The firm operates a genuinely flexible hybrid approach, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who values the ability to work remotely while remaining connected to an established and supportive team.

- Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Residential Conveyancer

Most importantly, the firm is looking for someone who is organised, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality legal work and client service.
